I believe that seeking support and guidance to address these challenges is one of the most courageous steps one can take. My goal is to help you establish or reestablish your life as a thriving and healthy person. If you have been in therapy in the past — or have never been — I will provide a safe and comfortable place for you to talk about the things that are keeping you from reaching your full potential. I work with children, adults, and families with a variety of problems.
